Apartments Tariff:
Recently rates have been reduced. Please check Home page for the current rates.
1. One BHK SA1 Apartment- Single Guest INR 2,250/-; per day, Double INR 3,250/- per day, Triple Guest INR 4,250/- per day,  *12% GST will be added in these rates.
2. One BHK SA2 Apartment- Single Guest INR 2,750/-; per day, Double INR 3750/- per day, Triple Guest INR 4,750/- per day, Four -  INR 5,750/- per day,  *12% GST will be added in these rates.
3. Two BHK Executive Suite - Maximum four guests INR 3,000/-; per day for single occupancy. Additional guests INR 2,000/- per guest per day. *12 - 18% GST will be added in these rates.

Various free amenities offered in all the apartments

We are offering various free services to our guests like: King size beds with sanitized linens, towels, 1.5 Tons AC, Wardrobes, free electricity, free cooking gas, use of kitchen, maid services daily, LED Smart TV 43", Wi-Fi 250 MBPS, Two Routers in each room, heater, laundry, breakfast, toileteries, tea-coffee-sugar-milk sachets in your own kitchen, iron- ironing table, dining table in your apartment, study table. 

We have two booking plans:

1. CP Plan: i.e. Continental plan. This includes breakfast. Breakfast could be Indian or continental.
2. EP Plan: i.e. European Plan without breakfast.
