Except standard deduction of Rs. 1,000/-, the guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before the arrival (or 24 hours from Check In time). The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival (within 0 to 24 hours). If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Guaranteed Policy:
Full 100% amount to be paid in advance inclusive GST at the time of the booking. Then, only we can guarantee your room.
Cancellation Policy:
1. For any cancellation, please inform us in writing via registered email 24 hours prior to your Check-in time (02.30 PM). Please note there is standard deduction of Rs. 1,000/-.
However, if you cancel your booking after that or between 0-24 hours) from your actual Check in timing, then 100% money will be charged. All timings are IST (Indian Standard Time).
2. Guests will bear all bank, currency conversion charges (for foreign guests) and 3rd party commissions.
3. International guests can make payment in foreign currencies using Razorpay.
4. For any refunds, guests need to provide us their bank details.
5. Transfer of money will take 2 - 3 days or maximum 07 days in India but in foreign countries, it may take 21 days or more.

7. In case if guests do not cancel their booking within cancellation period and do not show, also, do not inform us, then 100% money will be charged.

Note: In case of early check in or late check out, please check availability. If available and your extension is more than 1-2 hours, then there will be extra charges.
10. Children Policy:
Only one child from 01 - 05 years is free. After that, from 06 - 17 years + there will be charges of Rs. 1,000/- per child per day +12% GST irrespective of how old are they?
11. Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed.
12. Visitors Policy:
Visitors are not allowed.
13. Opposite Sex Policy:
Only allowed if they have paid full money.
14. Parties, Gathering, marriages, Puja Ceremony:
Not allowed.
15. Call Girls, Escort Girls, Sex workers:
Not allowed under any circumstances. Gays and lesbians are not allowed.
16. Working hours:
Our timings are 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM. However, if you have work or meeting with anyone after 9.00 PM kindly let us know your arrival time, we will be happy to open doors for you.
17. Food:
You can cook food in the working kitchen provided in your room. You can also, order from Swiggy, Zomato and others. You can bring food from outside. If you need homemade food, please let us know. We can serve Veg or non-veg meals.
18. General:
Breakfast, maid services, Wi-Fi @250 MBPS (two routers in each room), LED Smart TV, RO Water, AC, toiletries are included.
We provide sanitized bed sheets, pillow covers, slippers, hangers, thermos, hot water bottle, umbrellas.
Use of kitchen is included in this. Guests need to arrange their own food staples, fruits and vegetables.
Lunch, dinner is not included. Please make a booking with us or please arrange yourself.
19. Other Points:
a). All advance payment made by you will be adjusted against the total required payment.
b). If you made any payment to us by mistake. Please send us email from your registered email (which you have used at the time of the booking our apartment) explaining the matter, We will refund you payment without any questions asked. Please give us 3 - 4 days. You must inform us immediately (same day within 2 - 3 hours from the booking). We do not make any deduction but if there are any bank or collection company charges or 3rd part charges then you need to bear those charges. In this case, we require your bank details.
c). Internet, emails must be used properly and please do not indulge in any activity which is a crime in India or elsewhere.
d). Marijuana or similar type of drugs are strictly prohibited and are not allowed at our property under any circumstances. If you use them then we will have to inform authorities. Police and narcotics department can take action against you.
e). Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, lobby, kitchen, dressing room, and bathroom. These have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
f). Pan Masala or tobacco eating is not allowed.
g). Alcohol is permitted only in the limited quantity for personal use only. Guest/s cannot have drink parties on our premises.
h). No loud music please.
I). Guest/s must have proper ID outside of Lucknow. For Indian guests we require Aadhar Card, D/L.
j). For Foreigners, we need Valid Passport (minimum 06 months validity), valid Visa, PIO Card (in case of a person of Indian origin).
k). Due to Covid-19, we are not allowing citizens of certain countries. Kindly check with us.
l). We request you to take care of all glasses, electrical items. Any breakage will be charged as per the current prices - cost & workmanship.
m). On property, especially in the common places you need to wear double mask, sanitize your hands.
n). We value your booking and your future stay with us. In order to safeguard all our guests, our servants and ourselves guests need CORONA NEGATIVE Vaccination reports (Negative RT-PCR certificate not older than 72 hours.
o). Further, we need you to fill the Booking form for the On-line Check in. We will provide you link later. Please click or copy the link in your browser, fill the form and submit to us with your ID and pictures on the line.
** Privacy Policy: We do not share data of our guests to anyone.
** Booking is restricted to maximum 30 days in advance.
All Apartments - EP Plan with Bed only (without Breakfast)
Sales Conditions for all apartments are same as in case of CP Plan. This plan (EP) is 5% cheaper. There is sstandard deduction of Rs. 2,000/-.

Full 100% amount along with refundable security deposit to be paid in advance inclusive GST at the time of the booking. Then, only we can guarantee your room.

All Apartments - Non-Refundable Plan (NR Plan) with Bed only without Breakfast
This is non-refundable plan without breakfast. Money will not be refunded under any circumstances. Also, dates will not be changed. No rescheduling will be done. Plan is 10% cheaper compared to CP plan. This plan must be booked minimum 15 days before the arrival.
