We have different RATE PLANS. These T & C will only be applicable if you book with us directly.
In case, if you book our apartments through any 3rd party like Booking.com, Airbnb, Goibibo, MMT, Vrbo, trip.com, tripadvisor.com and other platforms (portals), than these T & C will not be applicable. In that case, their T & C will be applicable. In case of any clarification, please call us or send us an email. Tariff given on Book an Apartment Page is only summary of this page.
Please check if you want to book apartments under CP REFUNDABLE PLAN OR EP/ NON REFUNDABLE PLAN?
In case, if you do not inform to us, then we will assume CP PLAN WITH 05 Days REFUNDABLE POLICY.
1. UNDER CP REFUNDABLE PLANS:
a). Terms are 05 days full money back refund if you cancel the booking 5 days prior to actual Check In time (Indian Standard Time or IST). Then we will refund your 100% money. You will bear all transaction charges both ways from the bank or payment collection agency. We do not have any control over that. In this case, you need to provide us your full bank details. We never share personal details of our guests to any other person. We will prefer cancelled scanned copy of your bank cheque. It will avoid any mistakes. Typically 07 days may take in refund. It could be earlier too. Refunding money may take 2-3 days.
b). For NO SHOW there will not be any refund or any adjustment.
c). Dates changes can be allowed only when we do not have booking. Our property must be available for the booking. In this scenario, if our apartment rates are high then you will pay higher charges. In this, difference will be charged. But in case, if our rates are lower due to promotion or other factors, then we will not refund you the difference.
d). Cancellations, changes will not be done on the phone rather only via email. Thi sin order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
2. UNDER NON REFUNDABLE PLANS OR EP PLANS:
Under this plan, we will give you 5% discount at the time of booking on our advertised rates. Tariff given on Book an Apartment page already has EP Tariff.
a). EP rates are cheaper hence these rates are non-refundable..
b). In this plan, we do not provide breakfast and few other services. However, you can always opt for breakfast and other services by paying extra payment. Please note that breakfast ordered separately will be little more expensive compared to offered along with breakfast under CP Plan.
c). Cancellations, changes are not permitted.
3. TIMINGS:
a). All timings are Indian Standard Timings (IST) GST+5.30 Hrs.
