Reservation Policy and T & C for stay with us:

• All advance payment made by you will be adjusted against the total required payment.

• If you made any payment to us by mistake. Please send us email from your registered email (which you have used at the time of the booking), We will refund you fully without any questions asked. Please give us 3-4 days. You must inform us immediately (same day within 2-3 hours from booking). We do not make any deduction but if there are any bank or collection company or 3rd part charges then you need to pay those charges. In this case, we require your bank details.

• Internet, emails must be used properly and please do not indulge in any activity which is a crime in India or elsewhere.

• Marijuana or similar type of drugs are strictly prohibited and are not allowed in our property under any circumstances. If you use them then we will have to inform authorities. Police and narcotics Department can take action against you.  

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, lobby, kitchen, dressing room, and bathroom. These have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.

• Pan Masala or tobacco eating is not allowed.​

• Alcohol is permitted only in limited quantity for personal use only. Guest/s cannot have drink party at our premises.

• We do not welcome visitors in the property. 

• No loud music please.

• We do not allow pets. Only in special circumstances, we can consider it. But guests must discuss with us prior to bringing any pet. There may be charges for the pet.

• Guest/s must have proper ID outside of Lucknow. For Indian guests we require Aadhar Card, D/L. 

• For Foreigners, we need Valid Passport (minimum 06 months validity), valid Visa, PIO Card (in case of a person of Indian origin).

• Due to Covid-19, we are not allowing citizens of certain countries. Kindly check with us.​

• We open our doors at 6.00 AM and close at 9.00 PM.

• Please finish all your work before 09.00 PM and respect our privacy and timings.​

• We request you to take care of all glasses, electrical items. Any breakages will be charged as per the current prices - cost & workmanship.

• On property, especially in the common places you need to wear double mask, sanitize your hands.

• We value your booking and your future stay with us. In order to safeguard all your guests, our servants and ourselves we need CORONA NEGATIVE Vaccination reports (Negative RT-PCR certificate not older than 72 hours. 

• Further, we need you to fill this Google form for the On-line check in forms. We will provide you link later. Please click or copy the link in your browser, fill the form and submit to us with your picture ID on the line. 

• Kindly note that as per the Government directives, we are not allowing any guests without Corona negative or RT-PCR report. We request you to cooperate with us.
