Bedrooms in our homestay
All our apartments are fully furnished. Each apartment has king size beds, proper hard matresses with cleaned linens, fans, 1.5 tons AC in each room, fans, exhaust fans, curtains, wardrobes, study or computer tables, hangers, irons & ironing tables, dining tables, smoke alarms, Carbon mono oxide alarms, inverters for power back up, individual routers with UPS in all apartments, first aid box, washing machine, dryer, , kitchens with utensils, crockery, appliances, gas, gas burners, fridges, bathrooms with geysers & western seats.
Prices have been slashed: Single guest INR 2,250/- per day under CP plan. Double occpancy Rs. 3,250/- per day without GST under EP Plan. 12% GST will be added in these rates,
CP Plan is with breakfast while EP Plan is without breakfast. In both plans 100% advance payment is required.

Prices: Single INR 2,750/-per day under CP plan with breakfast. Double occpancy Rs. 3,750/- per day. 12% GST will be added in these rates,
Under EP plan rates are 5% cheaper. It is with restricted number of amenities. 12% GST will be added in these rates,
CP Plan is with breakfast while EP Plan is without breakfast. In both plans 100% advance payment is required.
Bedrooms in 2BHK Executive Suite SA5:
Two BHK Suite SA5
Prices: For one Guest is INR 3,000/- per day without GST. After that, rates will increase Rs. 2,000/- per guest per day.
Under EP Plan, charges are 5% cheaper. *12 - 18% GST will be added in these rates.
CP Plan is with breakfast while EP Plan is without breakfast. In both plans 100% advance payment is required.
